Cancellation & Refund Policy
Everything families need to know about cancellations, refunds, camp registrations, subscriptions, and medical exceptions at AGS Youth Soccer.
We want every family to feel confident joining AGS Youth Soccer. This page explains how cancellations, refunds, subscription changes, and camp registrations are handled across all AGS programs and camps.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If after your child’s first class you feel the program is not the right fit, simply contact us within 7 days and we will cancel the subscription and issue a full refund of both the program fee and the $30 registration fee — no questions asked.
We always appreciate feedback from families during this process because it helps us improve the experience for future players.
After the 7-day satisfaction window, the standard cancellation policy below applies.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. Families may cancel subscriptions at any time with 4 weeks written notice submitted either by email or through the online member portal.
During the 4-week notice period:
- Your child’s membership remains active
- Classes continue as normal
- The subscription automatically ends afterward
Important Notes
- Current billing cycle charges are non-refundable
- The $30 registration fee becomes non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
3. Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans change — we get it. Here’s how camp refunds work depending on how much notice we receive before the camp start date.

| 7–14 days before camp starts | 50% refund |
| Less than 7 days before camp starts | No refund |
Once camp has started, refunds cannot be issued for remaining days, missed days, partial attendance, or absences.
4. Medical Exceptions
We understand that unexpected medical situations can happen. If your child is unable to participate due to a medical condition, please contact us as soon as possible.

| Camp | Prorated refund issued from the date the child becomes unable to participate. Days already attended are non-refundable. |
| Doctor’s Note Required | Signed note from a licensed physician submitted within 7 days of the doctor’s visit. |
We will review all medical documentation promptly and process eligible cancellations or refunds as quickly as possible.
